  • Custom-made, specially ordered, or altered items (e.g., cut-to-specification or drilled) are non-returnable, except when damaged or faulty.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

  • If you change your mind or order the wrong item, the return shipping cost will be at your expense.
  • Postage costs in these cases are non-refundable.
